Dear Readers and Valued Participants,

Let us invite you to a panel discussion on the topic of „War in Ukraine: Lessons Learned,“ organized for the third consecutive year by the Centre for Security and Military-Strategic Studies of the University of Defence. The event will take place on February 27, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the University of Defence Club, Brno, Šumavská 4. You can find the link for online conference streaming here. Access will be possible using a password which will be sent via email to registered participants.

Thanks to close collaboration with CEVRO University, representatives from the American New Generation Warfare Centre, including Greg Melcher and Phillip A. Petersen, as well as other international and University of Defence experts, have confirmed their participation in the event. The workshop will also feature a discussion with the Brigadier General Jaroslav Míka, the Deputy Commander of the Operations Command. 
The speakers will share insights and lessons from the Ukrainian conflict that have received less attention in broader discussions.
